Chef John began working in kitchens at 17 as a dishwasher. As his culinary career grew, he went from fine dining and catering for large events to serving and bartending. Inspired by fun Southern comfort foods and family gatherings, he brings creativity and warmth to everything that’s fired up at Four65.

Wonderful find! We had the best pizza ever. The meat lovers was a thin crust delight that needed nothing. If it had any calories or grease, you weren't aware of it. Like the best pizza margherita in Italy… plus great toppings.

Outstanding Bistro
in HighlandsThe first night we arrived in Highlands, we went to Four65 for a drink and an appetizer. The charcuterie board was over the top! You choose three items, and they fill in the rest with olives and 3 types of bread. Almost a meal. We had reservations somewhere else for dinner, but decided to come back the next night.
